A: W$ and T$ is money won from the site PokerStars in the form of a satellite.
When you win a satellite into another event, you can unregister from the
tournament and be credited with W$ or T$. This CANNOT be used as real money (you
can't cash it out or play with in a ring game). You can exchange for real
money here.
A: If you won a satellite all you have to do is unregister and it shows up in
your PokerStars cashier window. You can find out what tournaments you're
registered in by following these steps: In your PokerStars software, find the
Requests tab and click the "Registered in Tournaments" button. A list will come
up of tournaments you are registered in currently. In order to get your W$ or T$
all you have to do is open the lobby for the tournaments and click unregister in
the bottom left corner of the window. The W$ or T$ is then credited to your
account and you are ready to fill out the forms to trade them in for cash at
TradePoker.
Q: How will I know how much I get?
A: On our exchange page once you begin filling out
the form you will see numbers pop up. This is the offer made depending on the
current rates we offer, which are the best on the internet.
Q: How do I initiate a transaction?
A: After you fill out and submit the exchange form, customized
instructions with your information will be presented to you on the confirmation
page. For your reference however, here are the general instructions:
1. First go to our exchange page and fill out the
form and then submit to finalize your exchange.
2. Sign into the account at PokerStars with the
W$ or T$ you are wanting to sell.
3. In the main PokerStars window, find the menu
that says "Requests", then "Trade T$/W$", and finally click on
the option you took in the exchange form.
4. In the "Sell to" box write the account
name "PokerTrader". This tells PokerStars you want to initiate a
transaction with us.
5. Fill in the amount you requested to sell or
buy on our exchange form in the "W$ Amount" or "T$ Amount" box.
6. Fill in the price compliant with our rates
that you agreed to on our exchange form page.
7. Enjoy your new cash! Your transaction will be
completed soon. We appreciate your business.
Q: How long does it take to complete transactions?
A: Our staff members typically complete transactions within a few hours of
their placement. However if one is unavailable, it may take a bit longer. Your
transaction will be put through as soon as the TradePoker staff sees it.
